The Don's blasted another team off the field yesteday and used the formula that they hope carries them to a 2008 State _title_. 1 through 9 this is the toughest lineup I have seen in watching High School ball in Utah over 11 years. Once Holm can return to the circle at full strength and give the Don's that hard thrower to keep teams a little more honest watch out.

Though not known for their defense once this team gets about 6 to 7 games under its belt they will have arguably the best infield in the state. Another factor is they also have an above average outfield.

The Don's coaching is as tough as the team is and this staff does a great job of getting their ball p_layer_s ready to play. This staff has a very hard task this season though because of all of its talents the team does have one weakness being their best pitcher is also one of the best 3B's in the state so you sacrifice one area to strengthen another. My guess is when Holm does throw they will bring in Bufton to 3B and this kid is probably the best infielder in the state not starting.

How do you keep bats Hot for 28 games if Coach Andrews has this answer then Bingham and Taylorsville beware!

The 9-0 Don's put the hammer down on yet another team. Even Box Elder with all of their tradition and coaching were no match this season. I am really looking forward to next Friday's game vs Hunter this will be a good test for this team vs a very talented 5A opponent. Before State Hunter and the second Springville game are the only opponents that will keep the Don's from a 22-0 regular season.
Yesteday I attended the Riverton vs Taylorsville game won by Riverton and I have to say at this point in the season Spanish Fork and Riverton are playing the best ball.

The Don's have gotten through all their opponents to date and have 2 games on their schedule that should challenge them. Lehi kept them down to 9 hits and 8 runs but they also hit 3-HR's in that game. But this game gives them a sizeable lead in the Region if they win. There last game of the regular season vs Springville will also be a tough one as both of these teams want to enter state on a high note. The Don's could enter this game 21-0??

Well the Vikings ended the Winning streak and probably woke this team up just a little. Sometimes talent is not enough, but Coach Andrews has some needed motivation now to push this team harder. State is less than 2 weeks away so the Don's should look to start another winning streak.

Timpanogos could be in for a short game if this team comes out focused.

The Don's now start the State Tournament with a 20-2 record and high seeding. This team is loaded with hitters and strong defense, they were rattled against Springville late but should bounce back nicely. Not every team has a Sarah Clark or even anything close besides Bingham.
