Do you think the Herald sent a reporter with them?
There are lots of local teams at tournaments this summer with no coverage.
It just seems odd that for some of the local teams during the regular season all we get is box scores but yet we have an article every day regarding Lone Peak Basketball at a summer tournament. Wahoo!Answer: Nope.
The reporter planned to travel with the team on her own and sent back stories. Let's be honest, there isn't that much going on in the sports world right now, so it's not that surprising that they got printed.
I would absolutely love to go to Florida and Hawaii and some the other big places that they go, but Herald doesn't have the budget. If someone wants to send stuff from the big tournaments, feel free and the chances are it will make it into the paper.
