Yesterdays all-star game was a good one. It is amazing what these kids do when paying with 10 kids on the court with that much talent. Preston Eaton lit it up yesterday with 32 points and 6 threes. This kid is a shooter. It's too bad we didn't get to see him in the state playoffs this year. Talen Robertson also played good with 18 points.

i thought it was terrible. robertson shot the ball 25 times to get 18 points. eaton did shoot lights out, but i don't think he willingly passed the ball out the whole game.

If a kid took 25 shots and only scored 18 points.........his game deserves to get bashed, All-Star game or not!

I watched Eaton put up over 20 shots in 10 or so games over the years and shoot Springville out of most of those. Sure he got 25 a game. Sure he can light it up when he gets going. Look at the team record. In HS if you are truely really good you really can carry a team. Putting up 25 is not always the way to do it.

I saw one game where Eaton wouldn't foul at the end of a game because he had 4 fouls and his team needed to give a foul to even have a REMOTE chance. Anyway, not really bashing the kid, more a coach that will let a kid jack up that many FGA's and not make others around him better.

Summation, Eaton has been playing in a personal All-Star game for a couple years so he was right at home at the All-Star game.
