wiseoneLets just say I had them kids for 5 years and they are a special group...coming up thru the little league..Whats Shane Blackett up to these days. I had chance to meet him a few years ago..what a competitor and classy kid.Tell him Hi for me.....he'll know me....I think Juab gets Millard and hoping we get San Juan..I think I would rather play Millard than Juab again...Juabs offense scares me with the chance of blown coverage...I really like our chances..kids are up and full of emotion from Hales's tragedy..Good luck to all teams and hope the best teams come out on top..

Wiseone: Good luck with San Juan, I hope you guys come through and win and that Juab does the same....a 2A North _title_ game would be awesome. There seems to be a lot of parity this year so anything could happen.

I will tell my bro Shane hello. He coached the JV football team this year and is helping out with the varsity. I miss watching him play, it's wierd not having him out there. He leaves on a mission December 6th, going to South Dakota, Rapid City mission. We are excited for him!!!! You guys should be tough in basketball this year...if memory serves me well you didn't loose much and have some good p_layer_s returning, you should be a contendor....I think a lot of people will underestimate Juab this year after loosing 6 seniors from our finals team. Juab will be ok because we defend and are well coached. Enough B-ball we still have football to play. Good Luck Saturday!!!!

Juab Fans. What did you think of your coaches last play call? I thought he should have ran the ball to get a first down and then take a shot or two at the endzone. The clock would have stopped for the chains to be set. I also think the North Summit coach made a bad call on their last play. The Neilson kid is a real p_layer_, he could play at the next level. I thought that he was the difference in making the game close.

Millard: Great game, you beat us fair and square. You contained our running game and that really hurt us as we rely on that heavily to open up the pass. As far as Coach Bowrings last play call....well, I am not one to question the coach specially one who has had the success that he has had. I'm sure he might even replay that down if he could. But where you were stopping us in the run game and as you said, Landon was killing you in the pass game I think he was willing to take the risk. Anyways, i am proud of Juab for the season they had. That last game was a great game, if you didn't like that you aren't a true football fan. Good luck to Millard and San Juan in the finals.....I am calling a San Juan victory to avenge the late season loss.

Well the season is gone once again! I hate to see it go. It was fun talking with yall and hearing your take on things. I felt bad for the kids on Sat that lost its a awful lot of work to go through knowing if you work your guts out you can go all the way then in one game you fall short. Buts thats why its so sweet when you finaly get to the State Championship game and come outon top I guess. Congrats to all 2A North and South teams. You were all great competitors this year! As one man stated the new season starts today in the weight room!

Good luck to Zane next year I hope the best for him.

Congrats to Millard and San Juan...Broncs made the plays when they needed to..Missed the Juab/Millard game due to sickness in my gut...I am scheduled for some therapy today to see if we can shake this loss...I'm having a hard time dealing with it..Kam, my son is doing actually better than me.Lotta lessons if life learned on the football field...I may make the game Sat...Cant actually pull for anyone but hope the best team wins.. should be a great game...Been great to chat with ya...see ya in hoops..Braves will be back next year...I think we will be in the runnin'...

Wiseone, your young men can hold their heads high, that was anyones game. As excited as I was, as I watched the Braves leave the field my heart ached for them, I saw that in our young men after the last minute loss in last years final. Congrats on a great season, good luck next year.
